I was wondering if Eve's plans for our parliamentary system ended with his Magna Budget. Using my 18 years experience in the Ontario Public Service, I called in every favour I was owed and pieced together the following agenda.

Eve's first initiative to be tabled when he recalls the provincial parliament will be the "Fewer Voters Act". In order to avoid the inefficiencies and expenses of holding general elections, the government will appoint of Board of Electors to decide who will be MPP.

This will be followed by the "Democracy Protection Act". Recognizing that even the most benign debates can slow the workings of government, Eve's will be appointed Permanent CEO of Ontario. He will be given absolute power to make all decisions relating to the Province.

To finish off this aggressive agenda, he will then table the "Ominous Bill". In order to improve local democracy, he will use his improved Provincial Parliament as a model. Ontario will be divided into a number of regions, each of which will be governed by the CEO of a major corporation. These appointments will be made by Eve's as rewards for efficient service to the Provincial CEO.

As a result of these changes, Ontario will finally have the efficient government that every true conservative dreams of. Any resemblance to the feudal system is purely coincidental
